Why group walks cost less

Board the walk already passing

Every group walk is already happening somewhere nearby before your dog joins it. When yours tags along on a route passing your street, you're not paying to have a walk built around you — you're boarding one already under way.

That's the saving: $28 against a private rate. It's also why the cap stays at four dogs — any more and it stops being a walk that happens to pass your street, and starts being a pack.

The walker

[NAME]

[NAME] has walked the inner west's footpaths and parks for years — Point Chevalier's coastal loop, the Grey Lynn reserve circuit, the shaded streets around Western Springs. She plans the day's route before she leaves the house, then opens each leg to a handful of dogs already headed that way.

Every route goes up the night before, so you always know who's holding the lead and where they're headed.
